Rennu Dhillon, known to many as Miss Rennu, has been described as “a passionate, driven entrepreneur, creating future leaders.” Founder of Genius Kids Inc, a well-known Northern California-based Accelerated Learning Franchise, founded on August 1, 2001, it has now become a household name with over 25+ centers and growing. With over 40 years’ experience in sales, marketing, education, and developing award-winning curriculums, Rennu serves as a mentor for many nonprofit women organizations and children organizations, focused on empowering others. A professional emcee, TV Host and an invited speaker to several events globally, Rennu has developed over 5,000 learning lessons for students. She is also the founder of a women' organization support group called Building Women Empowered, where she provides support, write motivational blogs, hosts podcasts and organizes events.
She is the host of weekly radio shows aired on Radio Zindagi 1550AM. Her shows have included VOICES, Conquer the Mic and Candid Conversations with Rennu Dhillon, where she engages in healthy discussions on topics affecting the community, women, and children. Rennu has become a household name in the community. She is invited worldwide to speak at various engagements, and more recently was recognized and spoke at the House of Lords in London, United Kingdom. She has been described as the most powerful mentor for children to master public speaking and confidence building. Recently, she lost her best friend and husband of 27 years, Baldish Gill, and has started a support groups, "Embracing Grief Companions."

As the Founder & CEO of Genius Kids Development Inc., she is responsible for the development, training, and implementation of the in-house curriculum. She has developed numerous learning sites and a YouTube Channel for children to access excellent learning programs. She oversees the centers and franchises, maintaining community relations, continued leadership and overall quality assurance. She lives by the belief that “Anything Is Possible.”
Dhillon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Aston University, Birmingham, United Kingdom; and several certifications in Dyslexia, Learning Disabilities, Behavioral Issues, and Autism. She has been recognized locally, nationally, and globally with several prestigious awards and featured on publications, radio, and television as an expert in early education. She is a well-known professional emcee, radio host, and producer of several local, national, and global events and competitions.
In 2020, she decided to co-author a book, “Break Free to Stand In Your Power,” which has become a best-seller in 20 countries. Her second book, “Raise Confident Children – Today’s Kids, Tomorrow’s Leaders,” was an International Best Seller on Amazon on October 6, 2020.
